teen girls groups

Love Your Nature offers guidance to teens, young adults and their parents as they navigate the complexity of growing up and raising teens in these times. We are a community engaged in living and leading with love. With our attuned guidance, participants practice authentic self expression, cultivate confidence, and share honest conversations. Our Real Talk Curriculum seeds essential life skills to help young people make choices that truly serve them. Youth graduate from the Love Your Nature community with a secure sense of self, knowing they are worthy of love and respect.

"Emily and Quetzal always make us feel welcome and like we can say anything and be our true selves. I love this group!" - Teen

Program Details

All groups are facilitated by Emily Frost & Quetzal Francois. Our partnership models strength in difference, the power of our sisterhood, and collaborative leadership. We blend ages and grades in our groups to support "best fit" rather than default to grade. This flexibility supports diversity (in many ways) and creates a stronger learning environment. Select groups are apprenticed by Isabella Masterson.

Our program is designed to be a school-year long commitment. The same small group  stays together for 1+ years. This is how we build a "village" to hold the teens' coming of age process. For the last three years, we have had almost 100% re-enrollment. Teens should attend all or as many gatherings as possible. Parents who attend Parent Meetings often feel less alone, gain useful skills and are nourished by the shared journey. The whole family benefits when everyone shows up to the program.

Please note: High school groups include 3 distinct Parent Meetings throughout the year. Middle school group format is slightly different: the first and last meetings include caregivers, with one additional parent meeting during the year.

Have more questions? Visit our Teen Curriculum, Philosophy, or our FAQ.

*We understand gender identity to be fluid and expressed in many ways. Our programs welcome teens along the gender spectrum who are assigned female at birth and/or socialized female. Please see our website for our extended gender inclusive policy.

We will continue to meet outdoors, in person (as we have the last two years). If we need to switch to indoors or Zoom, due to Covid-19 concerns, fires, heavy rains, or any other unforeseen serious risks, we will make an announcement with as much notice as possible. Safety protocols will be kept as up to date as possible.

 Scholarships available, please inquire**

* What is the “Tier 2 Pay It Forward” option?
We believe that all teens should have access to these important conversations, including those for whom our rates are a financial barrier. In order to do that, we offer scholarships to as many teens as possible. In 2021, $30,000 in scholarships were given. Please consider making a difference in a teen’s life through our “Pay It Forward” option, which includes gifting $20/month extra towards a scholarship.

** We are committed to making this important opportunity available to all teens. We offer various levels of scholarship based on need. Please indicate in your registration if you need some sort of financial assistance, and we will do our best to set up a payment plan that works for your family.

Thank you!

We will contact you as soon as we have received your information.
Our program has already begun, so we are managing enrollment and payment individually with each family.
Please contact us if you have questions or to schedule a free intro call.
