As girls* make choices that will affect the rest of their lives, what support are we offering them?

Now, more than ever, rates of stress, depression and anxiety continue to rise among our young people. Their world feels like it's unraveling amidst broken, unjust and unsustainable political, social and ecological systems. We need youth rising up together, in strong relationship to their gifts, as they engage with the world they are inheriting.

Young people deserve help finding their authentic self and the courage to walk with purpose, resilience and love.

Love Your Nature offers guidance to teens, young adults and their parents as they navigate the complexity of growing up and raising teens in these times. We are a community engaged in living and leading with love. With our attuned guidance, participants practice authentic self expression, cultivate confidence, and share honest conversations. Our Real Talk Curriculum seeds essential life skills to help young people make choices that truly serve them.

Our groups, workshops, retreats and 1:1 sessions help girls awaken to their inherent wisdom, power and purpose. Youth graduate from the Love Your Nature community with a secure sense of self, knowing they are worthy of love and respect. The seed of Love Your Nature has always been connecting young people to their inner nature, the natural world, and the nature of life. Our vision is that this work helps us all walk as devoted allies to each other and to this earth... Let's be in this together.
