Soul Circle is an authentic, empowering and spiritually focused exploration into the heart of your human experience...a space for potent transformational awareness.
Soul Circle offers an intimate year-long experience that serves as a regular touch point for blossoming young women to remember your truest self and what matters most. With changes on so many levels and into so much unknown - it's easy to feel lost, alone or like life is happening "to" you. This is an essential moment on the journey to find a group who will love you as you are, help you face life's inevitable challenges, and make choices that truly serve you.
Actualize a life that serves you and the whole to which you belong.
Participants will have a safe, well-held circle to get to know themselves more deeply and help them navigate the complex landscape of becoming young adult women. Especially in this ruthless time of unprecedented overlapping local, national and global crises, it is even more important to have a circle to keep you grounded. Our format is meaningful and practical. We will follow a unique "Real Talk" curriculum designed for this age and stage of life, with juicy themes each month. Calls will include time for check-in's and conversation around that month's theme, as well and in-between contact.
Honor yourself with a circle where all of you is welcome, always.
This group is for you if...
- You're 20-24 years old
- (We have a series bubbling for 18-20yo range, be in touch if this is you! :)
- You identify as a young woman, as a female, and/or are female-assigned exploring your expression of sexual and gender identity
- You want access to useful information and good advice in the moments you need it most
- You're excited about the idea of belonging to a strong circle of caring humans who have your back
- You welcome the idea of having a bad-ass woman mentor in your life
- You're interested in asking real questions, sharing experiences, and practicing listening deeply

PROGRAM
TUITION
September 2024 - June 2025 School Year:
COMMITMENT
We are a group you belong to - and in turn we belong to you too! When we are on our calls, you are actively listening, you're not multitasking. If you miss too many meetings, we address it together. Please intend to participate fully. Ask for support if you're struggling. If after 3 months you feel this isn't working for you - we will schedule a "check in" just us, and decide together what needs to change, or the best way to complete. No ghosting. Clear communication is part of "adulting", this is good practice:)
Love, Emily

Your Guide
Hi! I'm EMILY FROST. I'm an artist and mentor working with youth and families in the Bay Area. I am also a devoted mother, wife, sister and daughter. As the Founding Director of LOVE YOUR NATURE, I consider the heart of my work to be about our responsibility to remember, tend and teach what is sacred about being alive for the next generation.
I work with young people and adults, in groups and individually, as a girls empowerment coach, contemporary rites of passage guide, experiential educator and consultant. Facilitating programs that develop social, emotional and spiritual intelligence, with a focus on girls coming of age and honoring life passages, is my thing. I am a fiercely loving mama who is passionate about creating meaning through ritual, ceremony and journeys of initiation. My mission is to help people, especially girls, young women and mothers, to know themselves and discover their inherent wisdom, power, and place in this world. We all belong. What young women are saying about working with Emily...
"You have been the role model I needed, the second mother, the sister, and the friend of a lifetime. You have provided a space for all of us that has been a haven from the stress and pressure of teenage life. You have given us the gift of sanctuary, a blessing all are deserving of but so few actually possess. I hope you know how monumental this is. I hope you know what you have created. It is magic."
"Thank you for exposing me to the truth: that there are no predetermined answers, and that life would become a long journey of finding my own.”
Meeting you changed everything for me. I saw a woman stand in such power and self assuredness - a woman who demanded the respect and love she deserved. She was authentic and flawed, and stood firmly in joy and in pain. Emily, you have taught me so much, but above all you have taught me to love myself and to demand the love and respect I deserve. I learned this from you." |
"Thank you, for all the words of wisdom, for the countless tears, for the honest witnessing, for helping me grow and blossom, thank you for holding your space."
"The energy you pour into the world is so outward and selfless that your own life is all of our lives, our problems your problems, our triumphs your triumphs. I have never met someone who holds the weight of others so freely and effortlessly. Thank you for doing something so hard, so rare, and so important. I will never forget the gift you have given. You have forever changed how I see the world and how I see myself.” |
"Emily has a special gift for feeling and understanding the hearts and minds of teen girls, from early adolescence to adulthood. She recognizes where each individual is at, she knows where she wants them to go, and she artfully guides them to a place where they can thrive." - Diana Divecha, Developmental Psychologist, Assistant Clinical Professor, Community Faculty Yale Child Study Center & Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence
