However pretty or painful life may look or feel, one thing is for sure - we all suffer. The other thing that's for sure - life changes. Both are inevitable, and often leave us feeling vulnerable, anxious, depressed, or stuck wishing it was different. For many of us, our pain is invisible to others. Keeping our darkest parts hidden often means they run our lives from the shadows. Inside our struggles there is a choice and it's from this place that we can reclaim our power.
The joy and freedom we are after does not lie in the life we wish we had, or trying to be someone else. It is at the core of our own life. This is where the healing, power, and beauty we want exists. We need each other - to be with us as we struggle, to remind us who we are and what matters most when we forget. We're here to help!

"Family Sessions" may be available upon request and include parent(s) caregivers. Cost determined separately.
We are committed to making high quality support and guidance available to all.
Whenever possible we offer a sliding scale to youth and families for whom this rate is a financial hardship. Please ask!

Emily & Quetzal are not licensed therapists and do not take any insurance. We practice as mentors, rites-of-passage guides and 'life coaches', utilizing 10+ years of training in many rich modalities, and our own life experiences.
