Program Details

We offer a girls group experience aimed at creating a space for all girls to feel welcome, safe, and connected. All groups are facilitated by both Emily & Quetzal. Our program is designed to be a school-year long commitment, so ideally the same group of girls stay together for one or more years. We do welcome enrollment throughout the year, but prioritize those able to start in September. Our hope is girls will participate fully, attending all or as many gatherings as possible.

We also hope parents will attend the parent meetings, spread throughout the school year. Parents who engage in the circle with us feel less alone on the parenting journey, gain useful skills and are nourished by the shared conversation. We have noticed a positive impact on the whole family, when everyone shows up to the program.

Sebastopol Circle
Girls 11-13 years old*
10 Gatherings  ::  4 Fall (Sept-Dec)  +  6 Spring (Jan-June)

• meetings are once per month, 1-4pm on Sundays in Sebastopol.
  

+ Spring Mini Retreat

• 4 hours, in Marin
  

+ one 1:1 Teen Session

• 1 hour, in Sebastopol or digital**

+ 2 Parent Meetings

• 1 Fall 2019, 1 Spring 2020
  
• Sundays 5-7pm, in Sebastopol, immediately following girls circle
  

+ Invitation to additional Parent Meetings located in East Bay
+ Additional optional events throughout the year

* Grade may vary. Our goal is best fit. We have made and are open to making exceptions per mutual agreement.
**Due to our lengthy commute to facilitate this group, we will be scheduling 1:1's back to back on a chosen few Sundays prior to our usual meeting time. Families will have a few options to choose from, as well as digital sessions if scheduling in person proves too difficult.

Cost

Girls Groups meet September 2019 through June 2020.
Charges for all girls groups begin September 1st, 2019.
Cost $2,450 for the entire school year.
Pay in full or via monthly payments ($245/month)
(Scholarships available for all groups, please inquire)

* We are committed to making this important opportunity available to all girls. We offer various levels of scholarship based on need. Please indicate in your registration if you need some sort of financial assistance, and we will do our best to set up a payment plan that works for your family.

Calendar

Payment

We require a $50 DEPOSIT to hold your space in the Sebastopol Girls Circle.
This amount will go towards the group materials fee upon starting.
This deposit is not refundable unless we are not able to offer your daughter a space in our program.
Our hope is to have a sense of group enrollment & details by June 15th.
